Pool Update

We’re excited to share that we are nearing the final stages of preparing the pool for opening! In anticipation, we’d like to begin collecting online pool access registration forms, so they are in queue once the pool access and camera systems are fully installed and ready for HOA handover.

The community pool will be equipped with a Paxton mobile Bluetooth access system. Please carefully follow the steps below to request your pool access credentials:

How to Register for Pool Access:

1. Log in to your Homeowner Dashboard on the community website: Tenison Village at Buckner Terrace HOA - Pool Access
2. Navigate to the “Online Forms” section
3. Complete the “Pool Access” form
4. Review the “Paxton Instruction Form”, which is included in this email and available under “Association Documents” on the community website

• Residents with unpaid annual HOA assessments will not be granted access until payment arrangements have been made with the Billing Department.
• Any pool access may also be temporarily deactivated for delinquent accounts due to.
• A security camera system will be monitoring the pool area at all times. In cases of vandalism, disturbances, or trespassing, violators may be reported to local law enforcement, and pool access privileges will be revoked.

• This week, the technology installer is completing the camera and gate access system configurations.
• The pool builder is finalizing city inspections and will coordinate a final walkthrough with the HOA.
• Once complete, the HOA will formally take over maintenance responsibilities and open the pool to the community.
