Pool Project / Inspection Update

Essex has received the following update from Crescent Homes regarding the pool project:
Due to the City’s recent transition to a new online inspection system, there have been unexpected challenges and delays in the inspection process. Earlier this week, Crescent Homes had four inspection callbacks scheduled for Monday. After those inspections, only the pool and building final inspections were expected to remain.

However, when attempting to schedule these final inspections, the new system indicated that additional inspections including plumbing and electrical finals (for both the pool and the building), as well as a civil inspection for landscaping were still required. These inspections have already been completed and approved by the city but are not reflected in the new system. As a result, Crescent Homes must reschedule and repeat these inspections to ensure proper documentation.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as Crescent Homes works through these issues with the City. We expect to provide another update on Tuesday and are hopeful for a smooth resolution.
