Community Pool Update

We would like to provide a brief update on the status of the pool building and the next steps in the process.

Per the latest communication from the building manager, several final inspections by the City are still required before the builder can obtain a Certificate of Occupancy (C/O). These inspections are expected to take place by the end of this week. Once successfully completed and the C/O is issued, the HOA will perform a final "blue tape" walkthrough to identify and document any minor repairs or touch-ups that may still be needed.

Additionally, internet service for the building is scheduled to be activated this week. Following that, our access control technician will configure and verify the proper operation of the entry system.

Once the system is fully functional, a "Pool Access Request" form will be made available through your homeowner portal. This form must be completed and submitted in order to activate access. Any homeowner account with a past-due balance related to HOA assessments will have their amenity access temporarily deactivated until payment arrangements have been made and the account is brought current. We encourage all residents to contact the management office to discuss payment options or to resolve any outstanding balances.

Please note: The new gate access system utilizes Paxton, a mobile Bluetooth-based entry system.
