Flock Safety Surveillance Feature

As the Managing Agent for Tenison Village at Buckner Terrace Homeowner’s Association, Inc. we are pleased to announce that there will be surveillance features added to your community with the partnership of Flock Safety.

We appreciate your feedback and hear you loud and clear. This has taken efforts of several departments and vendors to coordinate as we anticipated the roll out of this new program and its surveillance features for 2024. After discussion with the Flock Safety, the best options felt to be best suited to meet the community’s needs were the Falcon and Condor Cameras. The Falcon Camera offers 24/7 protection, real time alerts and vehicle fingerprint technology. The Condor Camera features include turnkey live and recorded video which are ideal for city streets and high traffic areas.

Installations are to begin May 14, 2024. The anticipated timeline for this project will be:

o Falcon camera - install tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, May 14th.
o Condor camera - 120 days

You can expect the following from your community’s surveillance feature:

1. There will be a total of four locations comprised of two license plate readers and two live cameras.
2. You will see installs near the entrance and exits of Rudin St. & Aldenbury St. and Pendrell Ave.
3. Data will be stored securely in the AWS Cloud and retained for 30 days, then deleted. Footage will never be sold or shared by Flock.
