Community Pool Update

We would like to provide an update regarding the status of the community pool opening.

The pool builder has informed the HOA that all required inspections have been completed and passed with the City of Dallas. At this time, we are awaiting the official issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) from the city. This document is essential, as the pool cannot legally operate without it, and the association cannot add the pool area to its liability insurance coverage until the CO is in place.

Due to the upcoming holiday, we do not anticipate receiving the CO before the weekend. However, we expect it to be issued late next week, at which time we will conduct the final walkthrough with the builder.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these final steps. On a positive note, once the CO is received and the walkthrough is complete, we will be able to set up the furniture and open the pool immediately.

In the meantime, if you have not yet submitted your pool access request, we encourage you to do so. The form is available on your Homeowner Dashboard, along with instructions for the Paxton app, which will provide mobile access credentials.
