• Gate Upgrades Installation
o We are pleased to inform you that the installation of the upgraded toll tag readers has been completed. If any residents still do not have their personal access codes, please fill out the online “Gate Access Request Form,” available in the document section on the community website.

• Concerns about access codes & community safety
o The Homeowners Association (HOA) intends to reset all builder and pedestrian gate codes to enhance community safety.
o In case of theft or break-ins, please contact the local Police Department immediately to file a report. Once the authorities have been notified, if necessary, please proceed to submit an online report to notify the HOA.

• Streetlights
o The HOA is currently awaiting estimates for the repair and reinstallation of multiple streetlights. Once reviewed, the costs will be billed to the appropriate home builder for payment and approval.

• Street Signs
o The current plan is to delay seeking city approval for placement until all construction activities in the community have been completed.

• Community Pool
o Please be informed that the HOA is responsible for the maintenance of amenities after they have been constructed and delivered but does not oversee their initial construction.
o The latest update on the pool completion is contingent upon favorable weather conditions, with an expected completion date set for late August.
