Tree and Shrub Maintenance Reminder

As a reminder, all trees and landscaping on your lot must be properly maintained to ensure the safety, accessibility, and overall appearance of our community.

Trees located around the front or sides of your lot must be trimmed to maintain a clearance of at least six (6) feet from the ground.

Shrubs and bushes must not obstruct visibility of the address placard. Any landscaping that blocks the home’s address must be trimmed below the placard so that emergency services can clearly see it from the street.

These requirements are in place to keep our community safe, accessible, and well-maintained.
